Agen Prune

The agen prune is a dried plum.

Our farm is in the hisroric produstion area. We are drying the fresh plum on the farm.

You can discover all the process during harvest time from middle august to middle september.

We will find prune, jam and other pruduct in our farm shop.

Harvesting machine

The machine come under the tree and shake it in order to fall down the ripe fruits.

The plums are placed in bins and send to the farm.

The plum are send in a water tank for wasing.

The plum are sorted and put on trays.
